25th Anniversary Contest Rules and Regulations

1. The contest is open to all commercially active farmers who have reached the age of majority in Western Canada1, Eastern Canada2 and in the United States.
2. Employees of Philom Bios and their direct family members and, representatives and agents of Philom Bios and its affiliates are not eligible to enter this contest.
3. No purchase of Philom Bios products is necessary.
4. To enter the contest complete the contest entry form and return to Philom Bios. Contest entry forms are available on the Philom Bios website, at tradeshows that Philom Bios attends or from your local Philom Bios sales representative.
5. Only one entry per farming entity will be eligible to win.
6. Grand Prize consists of one (1) of ten (10) prizes of $2,500 of Philom Bios products of the winner’s choice being sold in the winner's region3. Philom Bios reserves the right to substitute product of equal value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash equivalent value.
7. Seven (7) grand prizes will be awarded in Western Canada1, one (1) grand prize will be awarded in Eastern Canada2 and two (2) grand prizes will be awarded in the United States3.
8. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. This contest is subject to applicable laws. Void where prohibited by law.
9. Contest closes March 30, 2006. Odds of winning will depend on number of entries received.
10. Winners will be chosen in a random draw by region on or before April 15, 2006.
11. Selected winners must successfully answer a skill testing question.
12. Winners will be contacted by Philom Bios and advised how to redeem their prize.

1. Western Canada refers to the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and the Peace River region of British Columbia.
2. Eastern Canada refers to the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
3. Western Canada and Eastern Canada products available include JumpStart, TagTeam N-Prove, AGROTAIN and AGROTAIN PLUS. United States products available include JumpStart, TagTeam and N-Prove.
